20th Century Studios acaba de compartir el nuevo trailer de Avatar: Fire and Ash, la tercera entrega de la exitosa franquicia Avatar, llegará exclusivamente a los cines de todo el mundo el 19 de diciembre de 2025. James Cameron transporta a las audiencias de regreso a Pandora en una aventura inmersiva con Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), un Marine convertido en líder Na’vi, la guerrera Na’vi Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña) y la familia Sully. La película también cuenta con las actuaciones de Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Oona Chaplin, Jack Champion, Britain Dalton, Trinity Bliss y Bailey Bass.

Fire and Ash llega tras Avatar: The Way of Water (2022), que recaudó alrededor de 2.300 millones de dólares a nivel mundial y ganó el Óscar a Mejores Efectos Visuales tras cuatro nominaciones en categorías como Mejor Película. La película original de Cameron, Avatar (2009), sigue siendo la más taquillera de todos los tiempos, sin ajustar por inflación, con una recaudación mundial superior a los 2.900 millones de dólares.
